I’m passionate about supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause. If you’re unsure how to train, fuel your body, or manage changes in energy, strength, or recovery, I can help you build a sustainable, long-term approach to your health, to give you a better quality of life in your later years.
Injury Recovery & Pain-Free Movement
I work with Achieve Health alongside the physiotherapists, to help coach the physio patients through their rehab. So if you’re dealing with ongoing aches, past injuries, or recurring niggles, I’ll help you understand your body and rebuild strength safely. Every session is tailored to you, so you can train with confidence, not fear.
Mobility & Movement Coaching
Mobility is at the heart of everything I do. Improving how your body moves doesn’t just reduce pain, it unlocks strength, performance, and longevity.
Where I Work
I work at Achieve Functional Fitness (Billesley) on Tuesday’s, Wednesday mornings, & Thursday’s. I then have a private home studio (Knowle) where I work on Monday’s, Wednesday afternoons & evenings, and Friday’s.
