Alongside teaching yoga Anna is also a personal trainer and mobility coach, and works alongside ‘Achieve Physiotherapy’ coaching the physio patients through their rehab.

Therefore if you are looking to improve your mobility, have an injury you need to rehab or want to get stronger safely, using the correct technique, then Anna is your go to girl.

As an ex-gymnast and qualified gymnastics strength training coach she also works with ‘Crossfit’ athletes looking to learn new gymnastics skills such as pull ups, toes to bar, handstand push ups and muscle ups.

In person sessions are held at Achieve Functional Fitness on Mondays & Fridays between 7:00-13:00, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 12:00-20:30.
