Class Descriptions

Yoga

Anna’s yoga classes are light hearted and down to earth with an emphasis on having fun and figuring out what feels good for your body. The classes are a blend of vinyasa yoga, mobility, and rehab to help you improve how well you move. All classes are open level and every age, gender and body is accepted. There will be options and variations of each pose to suit everyone meaning you can work and progress at a level that suits you.

Gymnastics Strength Training

This class focuses on body weight exercises that can be performed on the floor, rings and bars. During the class Anna will go over the fundamental principles that underpin gymnastics strength training and break down specific skills into drills that can be scaled to suit everyone; even complete beginners. The aim is to build a strong foundation and master the basics from which you can continue to progress towards more complex skills.

Mobility

Want to move better? Constantly feel stiff? This is the class for you. Unlike yoga this is a more in depth class where we look at individual joints and how well they move before going over specific drills to help increase the range of motion you have at that joint. We do not just hold stretches, as we also actively try and move through our end ranges, and even use weights and resistance bands, to help strengthen those ranges so that we can better control and stabilise our joints.
